Andria Nyberg Forshage is a writer and researcher based in Stockholm. Andria has an MA in Aesthetics from Södertörn University and is a contributing editor of Paletten Art Journal. Artistic and literary publications include the Lulu-Journal of the Luleå Biennal, Kontext Press, Two Thirds North, and Datableed Magazine. Co-initiator, with Vincent Duraud, of the experimental collaboration SKRAPER, starting with Last sunset for today (2020), and co-curator, with Ruby Nilsson, of an ongoing project on trans fem aesthetics. Previous work includes public programming at Public Art Agency Sweden. As an independent researcher she has lectured on trans theory, queer death, and contemporary philosophy at international conferences including The Posthumanities Hub and The Eco- and Bioart Lab, Trans*Studies at The University of Arizona, Queer Death Studies at Karlstad University, NORA Feminist Research Conference at Oslo University, and the Unlearning Nihilism Conference of Royal Holloway Centre for Continental Philosophy and The New Centre for Research and Practice.
