Hanna Nordell (Uppsala/Stockholm) is an art historian, curator, cultural worker, producer and writer with a special interest in collaborative practices and transdisciplinary research, combining contemporary art, text,  and academic research. She is currently based at Tensta konsthall where she has worked with artists such as Jumana Manna, Bella Rune, Enno Hallek, and Dale Harding; with group exhibitions such as Art and shops, in collaboration with local shop owners and Tensta Museum at ArkDes; as well as curated program series on for example cultural heritage in relation to the work by Michael Rakowitz. Before joining Tensta konsthall she was project manager at Swedish PEN and editor of the magazine the Dissident blog, an online platform for writers at risk. Between 2012 and 2016 she was curator for public program, mediation and communication at Gävle Konstcentrum. During this time she also established and coordinated the first residency for a visual artist within the International Cities of Refuge Network (ICORN). She holds an MA in Art History from Uppsala University.
